Owlhead Creek Bed and Breakfast boasts access to the most pristine and well preserved snowmobiling trails in the Sicamous area.
The trails offer riding from novice to extreme with intense hill climbs to easygoing, groomed cross country snowmobile trails through the wilderness. All of the Owlhead trails plow through award winning BC powder at elevations over 2,000 meters providing breathtaking panoramas of BC’s winter outback.
X-country skiing is also a popular past-time with several dedicated trails in and around Sicamous. Further afield are resorts that offer downhill skiing and snowboarding.
At home, we have snowshoes available for anyone wanting to explore the forest and the surrounding winter wonderland, we have toboggans for the kids and, if the ice is thick, there’s the frozen pond for a little skating.
